Board Meeting (Price-Sensitive)

A meeting of a listed company's board of directors, publicly notified in advance when it will consider financial results, dividends, or other price-sensitive matters.

PSX requires listed companies to notify the exchange ahead of board meetings that will decide something material — most commonly, approving quarterly/annual results and recommending a dividend. The notice states the date and agenda before the meeting happens.

A meeting shown as "Confirmed" has a company-notified agenda; "Tentative" means a date is expected but not yet formally notified.
